HMC online is a service for you who are listed at Hälsomedicinsk center, where you can meet our licensed healthcare staff wherever you are. Through our app, we can carry out medical consultations, follow-ups and other types of assessments directly via your smartphone or tablet. You can book an appointment for yourself or your children. Quality is important to us, which is why we develop our services step by step and in step with the terms of our care agreements. Our ambition is to increase the number of available appointments and over time develop the services we can offer you online. For us, an online visit is a complement to physical visits to one of our health centers. After each consultation, we make a summary assessment in our record system. You can access all your journal entries at HMC via www.1177.se. We can assess the following medical questions online: Children • Diarrhea and vomiting • Constipation • Advice for upper respiratory tract infections • Advice for stomach problems • Rash, eczema and skin changes Adults • Allergy • Acne • Simpler skin problems such as rashes, eczema, skin changes and mouth ulcers • Lyme disease • Postponing periods • Counseling in case of upper respiratory tract infection without fever and general effects • Counseling in case of mild stomach problems without fever and general effects • Urinary tract infection • Sick leave in case of acute infections, max. 1 year after the patient has been at home for a week Important to know Sometimes we make the assessment that you or your child needs to see a licensed healthcare provider at one of our receptions or at, for example, an emergency clinic - not everything can be assessed online. We can then direct you to call our exchange 040-41 80 00 as we do not book appointments for physical visits via this online service. Briefly about HMC Hälsomedicinsk center is an idea-based healthcare company that is owned and operated by healthcare providers through a healthcare agreement with Region Skåne. We currently have care centers in Hjärup, Lomma, Landskrona and Malmö and have care agreements for Vårdcenter - primary care, Child Health Care - BHV, Midwifery Clinic - MHV and Psychotherapy. The healthcare company has been active since 2009. The HMC group is growing faster than any other group in Region Skåne, and in annual measurements of patient experience through the National Patient Survey, our group receives higher ratings than other healthcare groups, public and private.
