HivemindOS Mobile is a mobile command center for AI agents that do real work — not just code. Chat with an agent that can write and ship software, generate images, research a topic, take notes, and run your operations — from your phone, wherever you are. Three ways to run, no lock-in: • YOUR SERVER — point the app at your own machine or VPS and drive a full agent remotely over an encrypted tailnet or your own connection. • ON-DEVICE — run a local model entirely on your iPhone with Apple's MLX. Fully offline. Nothing leaves the phone. • PAIRED TO YOUR MAC — connect to the HivemindOS desktop app and talk to your whole fleet of agents from anywhere. Scan a QR code once and you're in. BRING YOUR OWN MODEL Anthropic (API key or Claude subscription via OAuth), OpenRouter, additional cloud providers, and local inference servers such as Ollama, LM Studio, llama.cpp, and vLLM. Build a model queue with automatic fallback and retry, and switch models per chat. DOES MORE THAN CODE • Generate images right in the chat and save them to your phone • Write, edit, and ship code with a real interactive terminal per conversation • Research, summarize, and draft with streaming responses and live tool tracking • Image and file attachments for multimodal models • A shared brain (Obsidian vault) that gives agents memory across sessions • Wallets, autonomous companies, and an approvals inbox when paired to a hub VOICE, SHORTCUTS & MORE • Call your agent — a real voice conversation, with a fully on-device speech pipeline for offline calls • Apple Shortcuts, Siri, and Action Button: capture a note, add a task, ask a question, or hear a daily briefing • Plan mode that blocks writes at the runtime layer, not just by prompt • A fleet of named agents, each on its own model — chat or call any of them PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your chats go to the machines and model providers YOU choose — your server, your Mac, or the provider whose key you entered. There is no HivemindOS account and no first-party analytics server. Diagnostics stay on your device. Open source.
