HitchWell is a money tracker built for oilfield day-rate contractors. Log a day in two taps. The app keeps a running picture of what you earned and what to hold back for taxes. It is built around rotation work. Set your hitch schedule and the calendar lays out your year, on days and off days, with a countdown to crew change. Log a whole hitch at once with the date range tool. Travel and standby days carry their own rates. Per diem is handled the way clients expect. GSA M&IE rates for hundreds of localities are built in, the 75 percent rule is one tap on travel days, and lodging can ride along when you book your own room. Expenses split into reimbursable and out of pocket. Snap the receipt when you spend the money and it attaches itself to the right client. At the end of the period, HitchWell builds the paperwork. A monthly report grouped by client, with receipts embedded. Numbered invoices with your business details, split by project when one client runs several jobs. Your billing cutoff can follow the calendar month or the last Sunday. Everything lives on your phone. No account, no sign-in, and it works with zero signal, on a pipelay vessel or a pad in the Permian. Back up your data to a file whenever you want. Logging is free.
