Vibe4Fit helps small business owners and interviewers create behavioural profiles for job roles, apply a simple 20-question questionnaire, and compare candidate responses with the characteristics selected for each role. Create role profiles Build a profile manually by selecting the traits that matter for the position, or describe the role in your own words. On supported devices, Apple Foundation Models can suggest relevant predefined characteristics that you can review and customise before saving. Run a straightforward behavioural test Candidates answer 20 multiple-choice questions. The app then calculates their behavioural distribution across four colour profiles using deterministic, locally executed logic. Review profile compatibility Compare the candidate’s behavioural distribution with the saved role profile. View the compatibility percentage, dominant profile, secondary influence, matching characteristics, strengths, and points of attention. Understand the result Apple Foundation Models can generate a clear, natural-language explanation of the calculated result on supported devices. The AI does not calculate the score or make hiring decisions. If the model is unavailable, the app provides a deterministic fallback explanation. Keep results organised Save candidate names and results, group interviewees by role, and review previous assessments in one place. Privacy-focused by design Role profiles, questionnaire responses, candidate names, and saved results are stored locally on the device. The app does not use advertising or tracking, and candidate information is not intentionally sent to external AI providers. Vibe4Fit is an interview-support tool. It does not evaluate technical ability, predict job performance, provide a psychological diagnosis, or replace professional judgement. Results should always be considered alongside the complete interview and recruitment process.
