Hifz Diary Teacher is a dedicated app for teachers in Madrasas and Islamic education centers. It keeps your classes, students, attendance, and progress in one place—so you can focus on teaching instead of paperwork. ► WHO IT'S FOR This app is designed for teachers whose accounts have been set up by their Madarsa or center administrator. There is no self-registration; your admin creates your login and assigns you to classes. Once you have your credentials, sign in with your email (or username) and password to access your dashboard. ► YOUR CLASSES & STUDENTS • See all classes assigned to you in one list. • Open any class to view its details (name, code, schedule). • View the full list of students in each class. • Tap a student to see their profile, learning type, and a quick summary of recent progress. Everything you see is scoped to your Madarsa and limited to active classes and students, so you only work with current, relevant data. ► MARK ATTENDANCE • Mark attendance for today only—no backdating. • Choose a class and set status (e.g., present, absent, leave) for each student. • Attendance is stored with your teacher ID for a clear record. ► APPROVE LEAVE REQUESTS • View pending leave applications for students in your classes. • See student name, date range, and reason. • Approve or reject with one tap; the status is updated immediately,y so parents and admin stay in sync. ► MARK PROGRESS (TODAY ONLY) • Record daily progress for Nazra, Hifz, Revision, or Qaida—depending on each student’s current learning type. • No need to pick learning type in the form; it follows the student’s profile. • For Nazra, Hifz, and Revision: record progress by Parah and Surah (and optional ayah). • For Qaida: add photos of Qaida pages. • Teachers can mark and edit progress only for today; admin manages past dates. This keeps progress accurate and consistent with your center’s rules. ► PROFILE • Update your profile picture by uploading a photo from your device. • Your image is stored securely and linked to your account, so students and admins see the right photo. ► SECURE & SIMPLE • Login is validated against your center’s database (no public sign-up). • Your session is kept securely on your device so you stay logged in between app opens. • All data is scoped to your Madarsa, so you never see or affect other centers. ► PART OF HIFZ DIARY Hifz Diary Teacher is one of three apps in the Hifz Diary ecosystem: Parent (main), Admin, and Teacher. They share the same multi-tenant Madarsa management system—Hifz tracking, attendance, fees, and administration—so your center can run everything from one platform. This app is the teacher’s view: classes, students, attendance, leave, and progress, designed for daily use in the classroom. If your Madarsa uses Hifz Diary, ask your admin for a teacher account.
