SOCIETY OPERATIONS - Share announcements and important notices with residents - Let residents raise work orders with descriptions and photos - Track issues from submission through resolution - Maintain society documents and emergency contacts - Organize units, residents and committee access - Create a trusted local-services directory for residents FINANCE MANAGEMENT - Generate and track maintenance dues - Record collections received through cash or bank - Maintain income and expense records - Track paid, partially paid and unpaid expenses - Record advance maintenance payments - View outstanding dues and aging - See cash, bank and total recorded balances - Generate receipts, ledgers and society reports Hexa Society records payments made outside the app. It does not currently process online payments.
