You never swing a sword yourself. Instead, you read the room: study expedition reports, listen to rumors over dinner, and piece together which guest can face ghosts, outwit cultists, or survive a vampire's lair. Then you assemble an ordered team and send them in. ORDER IS EVERYTHING Castles are solved room by room, in sequence. A hero matched to the right room clears it; the wrong hero — or the right hero in the wrong slot — stalls the run. Rearranging your team changes the outcome. Every expedition comes back with a report that confirms or shatters your theory. KEEP THE LIGHTS ON Treasure pays the bills, but rent comes due every week. Spend on upgrades, treats that lure better guests, more seats, training, and artifacts — or sell what you don't need. One missed payment buys you a single grace day.
