Get the capture conditions right before recording change. Hengzhi Skin Journal is a local-first photo quality and change record tool for adults 18 and older. It does not identify or diagnose skin disease. • Standardized capture conditions Turn off filters, use even natural light, remove makeup, and keep a similar angle. • Photo quality gate Checks whether the photo is at least 1080 × 1080 pixels. Passing only means it is suitable for an on-device change record; it does not mean your skin is healthy. • Original photos are not stored Original photos are processed temporarily on the device and are not uploaded. They are deleted after saving the quality result, retaking, or leaving the flow. Cleanup continues on the next launch after an unexpected exit. • Free export and deletion Export JSON quality records that do not contain original photos, or delete all local data at any time. Important: Hengzhi Skin Journal is not a skin-disease screening or diagnostic tool. It cannot determine whether a lesion is benign or malignant and does not provide treatment or medication advice. Seek an in-person examination by a dermatologist for rapid changes, bleeding, a sore that does not heal, significant pain, or anything that concerns you.
