HelpBroker connects NWMLS real estate agents who need assistance with nearby agents available to help. Whether you need someone to host an open house, provide inspection access, show a property to a buyer, support a rental open house, or complete another property-related task, HelpBroker makes it easy to post, discover, and coordinate opportunities. FOR REQUESTING AGENTS • Post an opportunity with the property address, MLS number, date, start time, end time, compensation, and payment method • Request help with open houses, buyer showings, rental properties, inspections, lockboxes, yard signs, and other tasks • Track upcoming, ongoing, completed, assigned, and unassigned opportunities • Contact the helping agent after an opportunity is accepted • Rate and review the helping agent after completion FOR HELPING AGENTS • Discover nearby opportunities in a convenient list • See the opportunity type, city, address, schedule, compensation, requester rating, and current distance • Sort opportunities by distance, compensation, or type • Receive notifications about new opportunities within your preferred service area • Receive reminders two hours, one hour, and 30 minutes before an accepted opportunity • Contact the requesting agent after accepting • Confirm payment receipt and leave a review after completion BUILT FOR TRUST HelpBroker is currently available only to NWMLS agents. Accounts are reviewed before marketplace access using Washington real estate license and NWMLS membership information. Agents can view ratings, submit safety reports, and block agents they do not want to work with again. Scheduling safeguards also prevent helping agents from accepting opportunities with overlapping times. POSTING OPTIONS Every account receives five free opportunity posts each calendar year. Additional post credits and an optional unlimited monthly plan are available through in-app purchase. Helping agents do not pay to discover or accept opportunities. IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION Any compensation shown for an opportunity is offered and paid directly by the requesting agent to the helping agent using the selected external payment method, such as Zelle, Venmo, or cash. HelpBroker does not collect, hold, process, guarantee, or transfer compensation between agents. HelpBroker provides technology for posting, discovering, assigning, and coordinating opportunities only.
