Store description excerpt
The mountain is coming. Know where you stand. Help Me Ultra reads two kinds of truth: what your watch measured and what your body said. Connect Strava once, and every climb, every descent, every honest mile of your training comes back to you — analyzed, sectioned, and read to you each morning in plain language. EVERY RUN, READ LIKE TERRAIN Every activity becomes an elevation profile split into climbs and descents — steepest mile, feet per mile, altitude band. Touch above the line for section-by-section stats, below it for the exact altitude under your feet. RACE EVERYONE YOU'VE EVER BEEN Tap any climb, mile split, or Strava segment, and GPS route-matching digs up every time you've ever run that stretch. Your attempts, ranked by time, today's effort lit up in orange. THE RACE, MILE BY MILE Add your goal race and its GPX, and the course stops being a rumor: every climb and descent sectioned, steepest mile flagged, altitude band mapped, countdown running. Know the course before you stand in the corral. WAKE UP KNOWING Every morning at six: an honest read of where you're at — running and riding, against last month, last year, and the race itself — plus where to go next. Short. Specific. Occasionally rude. YOU'VE DONE HARD THINGS Your biggest days, charted against race day: vert, distance, steepest mile, altitude. When the taper doubts arrive, the receipts are right there. ALSO IN THE PACK - How-did-it-feel check-ins after every run — your body's side of the story feeds the morning briefing - Weekly mileage, vert, and heart-rate-zone breakdowns, week by week - Bike and ski days count — cross-training is training - Hide GPS-glitched activities so one bad file never poisons your records - Your history lives on the device — trailhead parking lot, airplane mode, works anyway Strava is the only login, and your training data stays yours. One connection, your whole history analyzed in minutes — and a straight answer every morning after.
