You'll see the links emerge between what you eat and how you feel, over weeks rather than just one day. Synchronization with Apple Health for sleep and cycle, if you wish. RECIPES THAT TAKE YOU INTO ACCOUNT A library of recipes filtered by your program and dietary restrictions, with a shopping list included. WHAT'S BEHIND IT Helena's recommendations are based on scientific literature published on nutrition and hormone health. When data is uncertain, the app tells you rather than making a definitive judgment. WHAT HELENA IS NOT Helena is not a diagnostic tool and does not replace your doctor, gynecologist, or dietitian.
