Store description excerpt
This estimates a child's adult height using the CDC stature-for-age charts and both parents' heights. It doesn't give one pretend-exact answer. The result page has: • an estimated range • your child's dot on the percentile chart • the calculation used to get there All the source links are in the app. That includes the CDC charts, the published papers used for the percentile and mid-parental steps, and the guidance behind each daily prompt. The Sources & references page says which bit of the app each link is for. You can save a new height every few months and watch the curve take shape. cm and ft/in are both supported. There's a daily habit checklist as well, plus illustrated stretching routines. The stretches are for posture and mobility. They don't change adult height. Measurements stay on the phone. There's no account to set up, and the app has no server, analytics, ads, or other place it sends the data. Deleting it in settings removes it completely. This is a height estimate, not medical advice. It isn't a diagnosis or a medical device. Talk to your child's pediatrician about any growth concern.
