Turn on HearMe, plug in or connect your earphones, and tap Start. Environmental sound is passed through to your ears in real time, with adjustable volume and optional noise filtering. KEY FEATURES • Live sound passthrough — hear what is happening around you through your earphones • Large, easy-to-read buttons — Start/Stop, settings, and a press-and-hold “I’m speaking” button • Works with wired and Bluetooth earphones • Adjustable amplification — make sounds louder or softer to suit your environment • Environmental sound filters — reduce background noise such as wind, traffic, TV, music, fans, and more, while trying to keep voices audible • Portrait-only layout for a stable, easy-to-use screen “I’M SPEAKING” BUTTON When you are talking, press and hold the “I’m speaking” button. HearMe temporarily reduces passthrough so you are less likely to hear your own voice as an echo in your earphones. Release the button to listen again. ENVIRONMENTAL SOUND FILTERS Choose which background sounds you want to soften and how strong the effect should be. Filters are optional and can be adjusted per category. IMPORTANT HearMe is a utility app for live environmental audio passthrough. It is NOT a medical device, NOT a regulated hearing aid, and NOT a substitute for professional hearing care.
