Send every Apple Health metric you choose to any webhook automatically. HealthRelay reads the HealthKit data types you enable and delivers them as JSON to any URL you configure: n8n, Zapier, Make, Home Assistant, a Notion or Airtable automation, or your own backend. No middleman servers, no account required your data goes straight from your device to the URL you own. **WHY HEALTHRELAY** **SEND TO ANY WEBHOOK** Configure as many webhook endpoints as you need, each with its own HTTP method, custom headers for auth tokens, and a choice of batched or one-request-per-sample payloads. **TRACK 20+ METRICS** Steps, sleep stages, heart rate and HRV, blood oxygen, blood pressure, glucose, weight, workouts, nutrition, mindful minutes, and more. Toggle each one independently nothing is read unless you enable it. **RUN MULTIPLE WEBHOOKS AT ONCE** Send different metrics to different destinations. Steps to Home Assistant, sleep to Notion, everything to your own dashboard — all from one sync. **AUTOMATE RELIABLE DAILY SYNCS** iOS limits background app refresh, so HealthRelay ships a Shortcuts automation action. Add "Sync Health Data" to a Personal Automation — every morning at 8am, for example — for dependable, scheduled delivery. **RETRY FAILED DELIVERIES IN ONE TAP** Every attempt is logged with full request and response detail, HTTP status, and duration. A failed webhook doesn't mean lost data — retry it with a single tap. **BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO SELF-HOST AND AUTOMATE** If you run n8n, Home Assistant, or your own scripts and want your health data flowing into them the same way everything else in your stack does, HealthRelay is built for exactly that. **PRIVACY, BY DESIGN** HealthRelay has no backend. Your data goes from your device directly to the URL you configure — never through our servers, because we don't have any. Read access is granted per data type, and you can revoke it anytime in Settings.
