You pick the ones that fit your life. We handle payroll taxes, workers' comp, and overtime, and offer liability coverage, a 401(k), and optional medical, dental, and vision coverage. You're our employee, not an independent contractor. ROLES WE STAFF - Nursing: e.g., LPN, LVN, CNA, certified medication aides - Direct care support: e.g., direct support professionals, psychiatric nursing assistants, mental health technicians, patient sitters - Allied health: e.g., respiratory, PT/OT, lab and pharmacy techs BROWSE WITHOUT SIGNING UP See open positions with role, date, shift period, general area, and pay range. Set your weekly availability and preferred worksites so the right work finds you. CLAIM AND CONFIRM When you're ready to claim an assignment, create a free account and complete onboarding once, including a background check and, for most assignments, a drug screen. Our coordinators confirm your assignment and you're scheduled. MANAGE YOUR CREDENTIALS Upload licenses, certifications, and required documents in one place. Get reminders before anything expires so you never lose an assignment to a lapsed credential. COMPLETE YOUR TIMESHEET AND GET PAID Enter your hours on your electronic timesheet in the app. Your onsite administration designee signs off on the hours you worked. Paid weekly. STAY ON TOP OF YOUR SCHEDULE Calendar and list views of upcoming and completed assignments, with messages from coordinators in one inbox. Creating an account is free. Browsing is free.
