HealthLens helps you understand the health data already on your iPhone and Apple Watch — and investigate why a metric may be missing or hasn't updated. NO MORE MYSTERY HEALTH DATA HealthLens turns raw HealthKit data into clear, understandable information. For each supported metric, see: • What the metric means • Your latest reading • When it was last updated • Which device or app recorded it • What data may be required to generate it • Possible reasons it hasn't updated • What you can try next DIAGNOSE MISSING METRICS When a metric has no recent data, HealthLens looks at the HealthKit information available on your device. It can help you check things like: • Recent workouts • Workout type and duration • Available heart-rate samples • Data sources • Recording device • Last recorded sample • Relevant HealthKit data Instead of simply showing “No Data,” HealthLens helps you understand what may be missing. WORKOUT INSPECTOR Explore recent workouts and see which health data was recorded alongside them. Check whether a workout contains data relevant to metrics such as Cardio Fitness or Cardio Recovery.
