We are submitting a Health Harmony app submission to indicate that app is intended for unlisted distribution. We are submitting a Health Harmony app designed for use by participants group. The app helps users track key health and wellness metrics, set personal goals, complete onboarding tasks, and access educational content tailored to their needs. We confirm that the app uses HealthKit only to read authorised health data (e.g., steps, heart rate, sleep, etc.) from the Apple Health app, with user permission. This data is used solely to generate a wellness score and personalised tips for the user’s own self-tracking and engagement. we value, protect and defend privacy and the responsible use of information. We continually work to inform decision-making in healthcare, science, academia and public policy and expand access to the information and insights that advance global health. 1.Private Wellness Pilot Program This app is part of a private wellness pilot program and is made available only to pre-authorized participants invited by the sponsoring organization. It is not intended for public use or distribution. 2. Health Data Usage (Apple HealthKit) With your explicit permission, the app may access health data (e.g., step count, sleep, mindfulness) from the Apple Health app via HealthKit. This data is used only to provide personalized wellness tips and calculate your wellness score. The app does not write any data to Apple Health and does not share your health data with any third parties. 3. Informational Purposes Only The wellness score, risk categories, and associated insights presented in this app are for informational and self-tracking purposes only. They are based on publicly available health recommendations from sources such as the CDC, WHO, Mayo Clinic, and peer-reviewed medical journals.
