Store description excerpt

Your iPhone has been keeping years of records — steps, sleep, heart rate. But the moment you want to ask an AI about them, you stop: where do you even get the data out? This app gathers those records into one text file that an AI can read. ■ Hand it to whichever AI you already use What comes out is plain text. No integration to set up, no account to create. ・Tap Copy and paste it into your usual AI chat ・For longer periods, share it as a text file instead It doesn't matter which AI you use. This app's job ends at preparing one readable piece of text for whoever you choose to give it to. ■ You only pick a purpose Deciding what to include, and how to summarise it, is hard if you haven't done it before. So six purposes each set everything for you. ・General check-in … everything you have. Start here if unsure ・Sleep … sleep and the things that affect it ・Training … training load, and whether you're recovering ・Condition … find the days unlike your usual ・Mood … your mood entries against your body data ・No questions … ask nothing, let the AI look freely Along with the period, metrics and summarising, it writes the request for the AI too. A line like "tell me the trends in this period" goes at the top, so you don't have to think about what to ask after handing it over. ■ No need to tell it what devices you own It never asks whether you have an Apple Watch, or what your earbuds can measure. It looks at the period you chose and lists only the metrics that actually have records. Nothing you can't measure appears in the list, and no empty columns end up in the file. ■ You know whether it fits before you send it Chat boxes have limits. After exporting you see the character count and an approximate token count, and whether it will paste as is. If it's too long, it tells you what to shorten. Three months of every metric comes to about 15,000 characters when summarised by day. You can switch individual metrics to every single sample when you need the detail. ■ What gets exported Steps, walking+running distance, flights climbed, active and resting energy, exercise minutes, stand minutes, workouts, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, walking heart rate average, cardio fitness, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, wrist temperature deviation, sleep (total and stages), body mass, body fat percentage, walking speed, step length, walking asymmetry, headphone audio levels, environmental sound levels, mindful minutes, state of mind. Only the ones with records in your chosen period are included. Distance and weight can be shown in miles and pounds, or kilometres and kilograms. ■ Getting the numbers across correctly ・Some metrics, like steps, are written by both your iPhone and your Apple Watch. Adding them up would overstate them, so the values are what Health reports after removing duplicates. ・Sleep can also be recorded twice for the same night, so overlaps are merged first. ・A blank means no record exists — not a value of
