Scan a lab report, a prescription, or a hospital discharge summary with your phone's camera — or import a PDF — and Health Decoder reads it, pulls out the medicines, test values and follow-up dates, and files it into an organised, searchable history. WHAT IT DOES Scan anything Photograph paper reports and handwritten prescriptions, import PDFs from your device, or scan a diagnostic lab's QR code. Automatic extraction Test parameters, reference ranges, medicine names, dosages and schedules are pulled out for you and laid out for a quick check — the original document is always one tap away. Trends that make sense See a biomarker plotted across every report you have ever scanned. Results from different labs in different units are converted onto one scale automatically, so the line actually means something. Medication reminders Daily, weekly and as-needed schedules — including the twice-a-week medicines most reminder apps get wrong. Tap any medicine to read what it is typically used for. One-page doctor brief Walk into a ten-minute consultation with a single page: the next appointment, anything flagged as out of range, every tracked result with its status, and the current medication schedule. Built for families Keep a separate profile for each family member. Records, reminders and appointments stay scoped to the right person. Your language Explanations are available in English, Hindi, Marathi, Gujarati, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Bengali, Punjabi, Malayalam and Odia. PRIVACY Your medical records are stored in an encrypted database on your own phone. They are not uploaded to, or stored on, our servers. Scanned pages are sent to AI services only for the moment it takes to read them, and the structured result comes back to your device. You can export an encrypted backup to your own Google Drive, OneDrive or another device at any time — it never passes through a server we control.
