This app comes from my own family experience. As my parents got older, there were more and more things to remember: checkups, follow-up visits, daily blood-pressure checks, medicine times, and important family dates. I wanted to help them stay organized without making them feel watched or controlled. That is why I built Health Calendar & Countdown: large text, simple actions, and a calm daily plan that does not require a long learning process. A family member can help set things up on the device, and the person using the app can simply open it to see what needs attention today. Care should feel simple. Health routines should feel arranged.
