No adding your account to Apple Calendar first, no waiting for it to sync. Connect work and personal accounts together — a meeting that lands on both rings once, not twice. KNOWS WHAT DESERVES AN ALARM Meetings with other people or a video link get alarms automatically. Focus blocks, out-of-office, events you declined, and anything you marked Free stay quiet. Every event shows why it was decided that way, and every event has a switch. YOU STAY IN CONTROL Turn off a single meeting, or a whole recurring series. Choose how many minutes before a meeting the alarm sounds. Pick a gentler tone than the standard alarm. Pause everything while you're on vacation — alarms resume by themselves afterwards. KEEPS ITSELF IN SYNC Checks your calendar in the background and keeps up to two days of alarms armed, so a meeting moved after you've stopped looking still rings at the right time. TELLS YOU WHAT'S ARMED A running count of armed alarms. Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets showing today's alarms. A quiet morning summary of the day ahead. And a warning if it hasn't been able to reach your calendar, so silence always means it's working. YOUR CALENDAR STAYS ON YOUR PHONE Meeting Time has no account system and no calendar server. Your events go from Google to your iPhone and stay there. Titles, times, guests and links are never sent to us or anyone else. Requires iPhone with iOS 26 or later and a Google account.
