Store description excerpt

Your records never disappear. Your doctor asked you to keep a headache diary. Then the app asked you to create an account. This one doesn't. No account — what you write stays on your device. ■ Usable while it hurts One question per screen. Pick an answer and it moves on by itself, so the number of taps equals the number of questions. Dark mode included. ■ Records what the clinic asks about · When it started and ended (duration) · How bad it was — the same 1 to 10 scale clinics use, shown as a number, a color and a face · Where it hurt — left / right / both / back of head and neck / all over · Whether you took a painkiller · A note — one line like "turned off all the lights" is enough Still hurting? Leave it open and tap "it's over" when it ends. ■ A month at a glance Pick a day on the calendar to see that day's entries. Days with headache and painkiller counts for the month are tallied for you. ■ Painkiller count, tracked for you If painkillers add up over a month, the app lets you know. It's a number that's hard to keep in your head. Bring it to your doctor. ■ One page for your appointment Your last three months, summarized into a single PDF: how many days you had a headache, how bad it was on average, how often you took a painkiller. Show it in the exam room or print it out. You can also export your full history as a file, and load it back when you change devices. ■ What's not here · No signup — open it and record · No account — your headache entries never leave the device · No ads — nobody wants ads while their head hurts · No subscription — it's free We collect anonymous usage statistics to improve the app. The contents of your entries are never part of it. This app is a tool for recording and organizing symptoms. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and is not a substitute for medical judgment. Always consult a healthcare professional about your health.
