A shrieking poltergeist wants total darkness and creaking floorboards, while the spirit next door desires absolute silence and warm firelight instead of that constant noise. Rooms are built and furnished based on what each type of ghost truly needs, not what looks good on a floor plan. Cold drafts, specific furniture, exact noise levels—all of it must align before a guest settles in without complaints about the arrangements made just for them. Certain spirits cannot stand being near each other under any circumstances. A banshee stacked above a quiet library ghost leads to constant complaints, so placement is just as crucial as the room design itself. A satisfied ghost tells others, and word spreads quickly through whatever channels the dead use to communicate at night. An unhappy one leaves reviews that nobody wants haunting the lobby downstairs. Balance the wing, keep the spirits apart that need it, and transform a haunted building into a hotel that guests actually want to stay in, forever and ever after.
