HaulDesk protects the money between a rate confirmation and a carrier-observed bank deposit while keeping day-to-day trucking operations in one focused workspace. Organize loads, calculate all-mile economics from your own costs, record commercial decisions, protect accessorial support, track invoice readiness, manage documents, monitor compliance dates, and review official legal and policy sources. Revenue Guard carries a structured manual offer through the commercial workflow. Enter linehaul, fuel surcharge, guaranteed revenue, loaded and deadhead miles, variable and fixed costs, margin targets, detention terms, submission deadlines, and payment terms. HaulDesk calculates estimated profit, all-mile rate, a TAKE, COUNTER, or PASS recommendation, and a target-margin counteroffer. The carrier records the actual decision separately. COUNTER records a proposal; after agreement, enter the final terms and amendment reason, link the user-selected current rate-confirmation file, review the recalculated result, and record TAKE on that offer version before acceptance. Record accessorials with occurrence time, amount, recovery status, and a supporting-document link. Separate rate-confirmation, proof-of-delivery, and invoice links drive invoice readiness. Generate an invoice PDF, store the sent copy in Documents, email it to the broker, monitor payment aging against recorded terms, and export accounting-ready CSV. A server-recorded timeline preserves supported changes. Paid is a user confirmation; Carriers verify bank deposits, reconcile payments, validate document contents and signatures, and assess contractual sufficiency. Every business creates its account through the main sign-up. Records synchronize through HaulDesk’s Cloudflare services across iPhone, iPad, Android, and web. The native Workspace loads the same production product used by the web portal, including dispatch assignments, FMCSA broker authority checks, public CSA safety information, the federal authority setup checklist, service reminders, and state-priority official-source updates. Five persistent tabs keep daily operations within reach: • Home opens loads, invoices, revenue, brokers, compliance, capture, and policy updates • Work retains the operational workspace as users switch destinations • Docs opens uploaded files for review and sharing • Dates lists reminders and opens a focused creation form • Account provides subscription management, plan options, purchase restoration, preferences, support, the User Guide, and security settings Legal updates place the selected state’s official legislature source before curated federal publications, with direct links for verification. Federal sources include FMCSA, NHTSA, EPA, IRS, OSHA, and Federal Register publications. The workspace supports English, Somali, and Spanish.
