ON YOUR TRIP Once your place is confirmed, your trip programme unlocks: • Welcome pack — departure details, key contacts and packing list, plus the full PDF. • Day-by-day schedule and itinerary. • Rooming — your hotel and room in each destination. • Announcements from Haraka staff, with urgent updates pinned. • Tour map with day-numbered pins for every destination. • Group photo gallery to share moments from the ziyarah. • Meet the scholars travelling with you, ask them questions, and book a 1:1 session. • Currency-exchange and local-SIM requests, arranged in person by our team. Trip content is saved on your device, so your programme stays available even with patchy hotel Wi-Fi or roaming.
