Basically, you’re this little pill. And you’re jumping through the human body. And you’re trying not to get killed by weird stuff like knives and needles and green slime stuff. It’s just like Flappy Bird. But without birds. And without pipes. And vertical. But I will be honest with you. This game is a heavy hitter. Like literally. You will get smashed. And you will want the game to destroy itself. Because you will get frustrated. A lot. Oh, you’re having a good run? New high score? Smash! Game over. Try again. It's ridiculously crazy.
