Your family history is scattered: photos in a box, names in a notebook, stories told by elders but not recorded. HanFAM gathers all of this in one place and makes it passable on to future generations. PEOPLE AND RELATIONSHIPS Record family members: name, birth and death information, place of birth, occupation, education, and biography. Establish parent, spouse, and child relationships; siblings are automatically calculated. Not every date in the family tree is precise. HanFAM records uncertain dates as they are, such as "circa 1932," "only the year is known," or "before 1940." You can write the place of birth in free text — places that don't fit on today's map, such as "Thessaloniki, Ottoman Empire," are also preserved as original records. FAMILY TREE The people you record and their relationships are transformed into a visual family tree. Generations, marriages, and children are visible at a glance. You can swipe to zoom in, and tap on a person to go into detail. PHOTOS AND AUDIO MEMORIES Add photos for each person. Even more valuable: record the voices of your elders. A memory, a prayer, a story — things that cannot be put into words remain in their voices. WORK AS A FAMILY Share your family tree with an invitation link. Everyone can add what they know; a name one person remembers, a photo another keeps. You define the roles: some only add images, some add recordings, some manage the tree. PRIVACY COMES FIRST Family trees are private by default. There is no public directory, search, or discovery; access is only granted through the invitation link you send. There is a separate layer of protection for living people: their names, birth dates, birthplaces, photos, and audio recordings can be individually hidden. The family archive must respect the privacy of everyone about whom records are kept. DESIGNED FOR TURKISH HanFAM was written for Turkish. Search correctly matches Turkish characters — You will find "Gülce" by typing "gulce". Sorting is done according to the Turkish alphabet. For location information, a list of 81 provinces and countries is provided in Turkish. If you cancel within the trial period, you will not be charged. Your records are not deleted when your subscription ends. You cannot add new records, but you will continue to have access to your existing data. YOUR DATA IS YOURS You can delete your account and data at any time. You can remove person records, photos, and voice recordings without deleting your account. If the owner of a tree with multiple members deletes their account, the tree is not deleted; ownership passes to another administrator.
