Walk through a rental handover on your iPhone and leave the appointment with one complete PDF. Rooms, conditions, photos, meter readings, keys, agreements and signatures stay together — without an account, a cloud service or a subscription. BUILT FOR THE APPOINTMENT Start with the address, date and the two parties. The overview then shows every part of the handover as a clear step, so you can move through the property in any order and always see what is still open. ROOMS AND CONDITION Six common rooms are ready from the start, and you can add, rename, reorder or remove them. Check floor, walls, ceiling, windows, doors and heating as in order, defective, not applicable or not yet checked. Add a note only where it helps. PHOTOS WITH CONTEXT Take or choose several photos for every room. Each image keeps its capture time and an optional caption. Photos appear next to the room in the PDF, not in a separate camera roll mystery. METER READINGS AND KEYS Record electricity, gas, cold water, hot water and heating meters with number, value, unit and an optional evidence photo. List every key type and quantity, from the apartment door to the mailbox and basement. AGREEMENTS AND SIGNATURES Write down general observations and concrete agreements. Landlord or representative and tenant can each sign directly on the device. A clear note explains what the touch signature documents without making legal promises the app cannot guarantee. ONE COMPLETE PDF Create a paginated A4 report with the address, appointment, parties, every room and condition, defects, photos with timestamps, meter readings, keys, notes, agreements and signatures. Share it through the iOS share sheet with the people you choose. Missing details do not trap your data: they are marked transparently in the draft PDF. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No developer server. No analytics, advertising or tracking. Reports, names, addresses, photos and signatures stay in the app's storage on this device. Nothing leaves until you deliberately share a PDF. Deleting the app deletes the local reports with it. FAIR PRICING Your first complete handover report — including all photos, signatures and the PDF — is free and remains editable. If you need another report, a single one-time purchase unlocks unlimited reports. No subscription. The app records what the people at the appointment enter.
