Store description excerpt
Hamster Order Flow is the staff-facing order management app for businesses using the HamsterPOS platform. Built for speed in fast-paced environments, it gives your team a live view of every incoming order — from the moment a customer places it to the moment it's fulfilled. ORDER MANAGEMENT View all orders organized across six tabs: Pending, In Progress, Ready, Completed, Reservations, and Others. Accept orders with a configurable fulfillment time, mark them ready for pickup or delivery, and track every stage of the order lifecycle in real time. REAL-TIME SYNC Orders and reservations update automatically via a live server connection — no manual refresh needed. The app reconnects automatically if your internet drops, so nothing slips through the cracks. RESERVATIONS Dedicated tab for reservations with full booking details managed through the same familiar workflow as delivery and pickup orders. ALERTS & TIMERS Audio alerts notify your team the moment a new order arrives. Per-order timers count up from placement so you always know how long a customer has been waiting. MULTI-LOCATION SUPPORT Manage multiple branches or locations from one account. Switch between them without logging out. ORDER ACTIONS Accept, reject, or cancel orders with predefined reason options. All actions sync instantly back to the POS system. Hamster Order Flow is designed exclusively for authorized staff. A HamsterPOS account with an active shop is required to use this app.
