Habit Champs helps you track personal goals, share progress with people you trust, and stay motivated with encouragement and rewards. Create goals for steps, running, sleep, habits, water, alcohol-free days, and more. Track progress manually or, with your permission, sync daily step totals from Health Connect and run summaries from Strava. Invite trusted supporters, accept follow requests, send cheers, and pledge rewards tied to specific goals. Supporters can attach private photo, audio, or video rewards that remain locked for the Champion until the linked goal is achieved. Your progress is private by default and shared only with people you approve. Health connections are optional, there are no ads, and you can delete your account and associated data at any time.
