If any changes are needed, they can leave comments or requests, which are reviewed and updated exclusively by the Admin. Company Assignment: Once an employee is officially hired, they are assigned to a specific company by the Supervisor. Supervisor Features: Login Access: Supervisors have a dedicated login to manage various administrative functions. Leave Applications: Supervisors can apply for leave directly through the app, which is sent to the Admin for approval. Stationery Requests: Supervisors can submit stationery or supply applications to the Admin. Employee Assignment: Once employees are hired, Supervisors have the authority to assign them to particular companies based on placement and availability. This app centralizes HR functions, reduces manual intervention, and ensures a clear line of communication between Employees, Supervisors, and Admin for efficient workforce management.
