Trainers can guide their clients, analyze their results, prepare plans, and monitor their progress. GymProgres also offers paid Personal Pro plans and plans for trainers with varying limits on active clients. New accounts can benefit from a one-time 21-day trial period. After this period, continued use requires an active plan or active support from a trainer.
