Gym Timer keeps the rhythm of your training: build today's list, tap the counter as each set goes down, and let the rest timer say when the next one starts. - Today's list and set counter Add exercises from the built-in database with a target weight in kg, reps per set, total sets and a note. Drag to reorder, swipe to delete. Plus and minus buttons count the sets you have finished, each exercise fills its own progress bar, and the line is struck through once it is full. One tap resets every counter. - A rest timer that really wakes you up Set minutes and seconds on a wheel; your time is still there next launch. A ring and a big MM:SS readout show what is left, with start, pause, resume and stop - and the screen stays awake while it runs. When the rest is over a real system alarm goes off: repeating sound, vibration and a full-screen notification on the lock screen, even with the app in the background. Stop it right from the notification. - Exercise encyclopedia 1,012 exercises across legs, back, shoulders, core, chest, cardio, sports, biceps, triceps and forearms. Each has written notes on purpose, starting position, execution, breathing and safety. Around 712 include a silent looping demo clip stored in the app, so it plays with no connection; the rest are marked as coming soon. Search by name or filter by body part. Completely offline: no network, no account, no sign-in, everything stays on your phone. Light or dark follows your system. Free, with a banner and an occasional full-screen ad in exercise details.
