(National Quality Assurance Standards, Swachha Bharat Abhiyan, Hospital assessment, Public Health Quality, NQAP, Assessor Guidebook, District Hospital, PHC, CHC, Hospital Cleanliness, Quality scores, scorecards, NHM). The NQAS and the Kayakalp Checklists are all included. It also generates a scorecard once a facility has been assessed.
