Device tested on: iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS version 26.6 (device), virtual: iPhone 17 Pro Max, IOS 26. App description: Guidance is a personal workout tracking app for gym users. Users create recurring weekly workout plans, log performed sessions, track personal records and progress over time, and use a rest timer between sets. Target audience is gym-going adults. Available in English, Norwegian and Spanish. Setup instruction: 1. Open the app and log in with the test credentials above 2. On the Exercises tab, tap the download icon to load the exercise library (requires internet on first launch) 3. On the Add tab, create a workout plan by selecting an exercise, adding sets, and choosing days of the week 4. The Home tab shows today's planned workout — tap Start Workout to begin a session 5. The Progress tab shows personal records and charts 6. Settings → Delete Account to test account deletion 7. Log out → Login screen → Forgot password? to test reset External Services: - Supabase (supabase.com): authentication, database, and file storage for exercise images - Vercel (vercel.com): hosts the privacy policy page Regional Differences: The app functions consistently across all regions. Language can be changed to English, Norwegian or Spanish in Settings. No region-specific features or restrictions. Regulated industry: Guidance is a general fitness tracking app and does not operate in a regulated industry. Exercise illustrations are original content stored in our own Supabase storage. No protected third-party material is used.
