Guadalupe's Mexican Grill, named after Our Lady of Guadalupe, are locally, family-owned, fast casual restaurants with a scratch, open-concept kitchens that have no cans, microwaves, or freezers. We prepare our recipes in-house, by hand daily. Recipes were crafted by Chef Carlos Zepeda who hails from Silao Guanajuato Mexico. We cut veggies by hand, slow cook meats, make our own salsas, shred cheese off the block, and pickle jalapeños. We cook... here.
