GSS Client is the official mobile app from GSS Security, giving you complete control of your security wherever you are. Designed for customers who value speed, security, and ease of use, GSS Client brings together all your contractual, administrative, and operational information in one place, with immediate access from your mobile phone or tablet. - Secure, password-free access: Log in with your username and password, or, if your device allows it, use your fingerprint and forget about remembering passwords. An extra layer of protection with the convenience of a single tap. - Control your alarms from the app: View all your active alarms and have control right at your fingertips. For VESTA systems, you can arm, disarm, and activate partial mode by area directly, check the real-time status, view the event history, and manage zones, scenes, and users (create or delete PIN codes) without needing to open another app. For all other compatible providers (AJAX, DAITEM, PARADOX, GSSecurity), quickly access your native app with a single tap. - View your recorders live. Access your CCTV and compatible recorders (GSSCAM, DMSS, EVOPLUS, PEGASO) with a direct link to their native application. If your recorder is a PLG/Zanuo, also enjoy a live multiview within GSS Client, without installing anything additional. - Cloud videos (Vesta Cloud). Review the video and event history stored in the cloud associated with your VESTA alarms and retrieve any recording in seconds. - Invoices always at hand. Check your billing history, review the details of each payment, and download your invoices in digital format whenever you need them. - Up-to-date contracts. Keep all your active agreements at hand, review current clauses and conditions, and have the contractual documentation always accessible. - Support Tickets: Rate the service you received on your closed tickets and easily access the GSS support system to report issues or request assistance. - Real-time Notifications: Receive instant alerts for relevant events on your alarms or recorders, so you're always informed. - Profile and Networks: Manage your personal data, follow GSS Security on social media, and rate the app to help us improve.
