The states participating in the cooperation, as well as their emergency services associations, can use the app free of charge and in its entirety. The GSA app allows you to intuitively check information on approximately 40,000 substances using different profiles for fire departments, technical advisors, rescue services, and the Federal Agency for Technical Relief (THW). The GSA app comes with a demo database. This illustrates the GSA app's functions. If you are an authorized ChemInfo user, you can download the complete database of the rapid hazardous substance information service, including registration data, free of charge. The GSA app is divided into a substance and transport search. The transport search allows you to search for legal regulations and general hazards associated with transported goods by entering search parameters into a visual warning panel. The text search allows you to research the chemical properties of individual substances. Substance names, CAS numbers, or UN numbers are used for entry and search. Depending on the profile selected, the retrieved information is displayed in different tabs. The information includes general substance properties, hazards and measures, as well as protective and first aid instructions.
