Two or more nearby phones connect directly to each other — no internet connection, no cellular data, no account, no subscription. HOW IT WORKS One person starts a group, others join with a single tap — GroundWave handles the connection automatically. Talk over push-to-talk or hands-free voice-activated mode, exactly like a normal call. BUILT FOR CLOSE-FORMATION GROUPS GroundWave is built for people who travel close together — riding a few meters apart, hiking within earshot-adjacent range, or set up at a basecamp or event. Real-world range depends on distance, obstructions, and terrain, similar to any direct device-to-device connection. It is not designed to replace long-range dedicated intercom hardware for groups spread far apart — if your crew regularly rides or hikes strung out over long distances, GroundWave's local-connection range may not cover that. Built and positioned specifically for close-formation use.
