We have unified this workflow, which is repeated hundreds of times a day in a restaurant, into a single system. ■ Customers Order Directly If you place a tablet on the table, customers can order directly while viewing photos. If using a tablet is too cumbersome, you can simply attach a QR code. Customers can scan it with their own phones to place an order. · Menu photos, options (spiciness, size, add-ons), and sold-out status · Automatic display of 15 languages — allowing foreign customers to order in their native language · Selection between Dine-in and Takeout · Call button to summon a staff member ■ Orders Go Directly to the Kitchen When an order comes in, it appears on the kitchen screen like a sticky note. As soon as you click on each prepared item to mark it as complete, the server is notified immediately. · Automatic bill printing via kitchen printer · Manage cooking start/complete status · Rush mode during busy times · If there are multiple kitchens, divide and assign cooking sections ■ Pay via your preferred method · Card — Integration with Toss card terminal · Cash · Bank transfer · QR seat payment — Customers pay via phone from their seats · Split payment (Dutch pay) — Calculate by item · Automatic receipt printing ■ View business performance in numbers · Today's and month's sales, flow by time of day and day of the week · Which menu items are selling well and which aren't · Cost of goods sold and margins, purchase and inventory management · Organize tax data · Manage employee attendance ■ Build loyal customers · Earn and use points via phone number · Stamp cards, benefits by membership tier · Set up promotions · Memo customer special notes ■ How to use it You can start with a single counter tablet. If needed, you can add a customer tablet, kitchen screen, and serving screen one by one. All devices view the same screen in real-time. · Counter — Order status, payments, sales · Customer Tablet or QR — Customers place orders directly · Kitchen — Screen displaying items to be prepared · Serving — Food ready to go · Staff Mode — Hides sales and displays only orders and payments ■ Supplies · Android Tablet · Wi-Fi Router (the one already in use at the store) · Kitchen/Receipt Printer (Optional) · Toss Card Terminal (Optional) Installation takes only 30 minutes.
