GridNote is a weekly schedule and session-notes app for school speech-language pathologists. Try it free for 7 days. After that, unlock once through Apple. The same unlock covers iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Sign in with the same Apple ID and your caseload syncs through that Apple ID’s private iCloud — open a note on your phone, see it on the Mac. If you already bought GridNote as a paid app, you stay unlocked. Keep a color-coded Mon–Fri therapy grid, tap a student to document a session, and track Medicaid-style billing status without sending claims anywhere. SCHEDULE • Monday–Friday lined time grid from about 8:10 AM • Therapy, group therapy, planning, lunch, duty, Child Find, and specials • Tap a day name to mark holiday, no school, out of office, PD, or snow — that date only • A green check appears only after you save notes or goals SESSION DOCUMENTATION • Date, start/end, minutes, service codes (92507, 92508, Evaluation, Absent, Other) • Goals, notes, materials, and billing: Pending, Billed, No, or NB • Copy notes or Copy for Google to paste into a district form you already use STUDENTS AND BILLING • Caseload pages with IEP goals and session history • End of day: who’s left to bill, plus sessions scheduled with no note yet • History with CSV export Your caseload starts empty so you can add your own students. Open Settings → Load Demo Caseload only if you want a fake sample week to explore (it replaces anything already in this caseload, including other devices if iCloud is on). GridNote does not have its own login. Sync uses iCloud on this Apple ID. It is not a medical device and is not a Medicaid payer connection. Changes save on the device right away, then iCloud syncs when you are signed in.
