Greyfood Customer Portal is the companion app for existing Greyfood GmbH wholesale customers. It gives you a clear view of your trading history with us — your orders, your invoices and your account balance — wherever you are. Sign in with the same account you already use for Greyfood Shop. There is no separate registration: your account is set up by your Greyfood account manager. DOCUMENTS • Follow your active orders with order number, customer, dates and totals • Drill into any order to see line items, quantities, unit prices, lot numbers and expiry dates • Review your invoices and return invoices, including VAT, net and remaining amounts • Open the original invoice PDF in the app, then share or save it • See at a glance which invoices are overdue, with a badge on the Documents tab • Filter by date range — last month, three months, six months, a year, or a custom period • Search by invoice number, order number, customer or item ACCOUNT TRANSACTIONS • Go through your account statement entry by entry • See document type, document number, description and posting date • Keep track of your total balance PROFILE • View your company details: name, tax number, tax office, address and ERP code • Check the contact details registered for your user • Change your password • Switch the interface between Turkish, German and English at any time ORDER NOW Need to place a new order? Tap Order Now and the app hands you over to Greyfood Shop with your session already signed in, so you do not have to log in twice. If Greyfood Shop is not installed yet, you will be taken to its App Store page. NOTIFICATIONS Receive a push notification when the status of one of your orders changes, and tap it to go straight to the relevant document. ABOUT ACCESS This app is intended for Greyfood GmbH customers with an existing supply agreement.
