It is free, it asks for nothing, and it works with no connection - because time outdoors rarely comes with good signal. WHAT'S INSIDE The Guide for Stress Resilience A full illustrated guide you can read page by page, available in all nine project languages. Written for young people, and equally useful to the professionals working alongside them. Nature Therapist Stories Short, unhurried films on the theme of nature and wellbeing. Made to be watched outdoors as easily as indoors. Video Tutorials Practical material for youth workers, social workers, psychologists, counsellors, health professionals and trainers who want to bring nature and outdoor approaches into their practice. PhotoVoice Gallery Young people's own perspectives on nature and wellbeing, told through their photographs and their words. NINE LANGUAGES English, Lithuanian, Portuguese, Turkish, Swedish, Italian, Romanian, Ukrainian and Georgian. Every guide and caption is translated. If something has not been translated yet, the app shows English rather than an empty screen. BUILT TO BE TRUSTED No account. No sign-up. No password. Open the app and everything is there. No adverts, no analytics, no tracking of any kind. Nothing you do in the app is tied to you, and nothing about you leaves your phone. Your settings and the list of videos you have watched stay on your device. This matters more here than in most apps. Green Serenity is used by young people who have every reason to be careful about who they hand their information to - so it does not ask. WORKS WITHOUT A SIGNAL The guide, stories and gallery are included in the app itself. Take it to a forest, a park or a river bank and it keeps working. New material appears when you next have a connection. MADE TO BE READABLE Adjustable text size, a high-contrast mode for bright conditions or low vision, an option to reduce motion, and control over whether videos start on their own. Screen-reader labels throughout. ABOUT THE PROJECT Green Serenity is an Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnership in the field of youth, bringing together six organisations across Lithuania, Turkiye, Romania, Sweden, Italy and Portugal. It aims to support young people who have experienced stress, violence or abuse through nature and outdoor approaches, and to strengthen the capacity of the professionals who work with them.
