Green Riyadh CAFM Green Riyadh CAFM is the official Computer-Aided Facilities Management application for the Green Riyadh Project, a flagship initiative of Saudi Vision 2030 led by the Royal Commission for Riyadh City (RCRC). It is the centralised platform for managing operations, maintenance, inspections, assets and service requests across Green Riyadh sites and facilities. KEY FEATURES • Manage preventive, reactive and corrective maintenance work orders • Access asset information, maintenance records and warranty details by scanning QR codes • Conduct inspections, audits and snagging activities with photo evidence • Report observations, defects and incidents • Raise service and maintenance requests from QR-enabled locations • Submit geo-verified field activities within designated project boundaries ACCESS AND PERMISSIONS Green Riyadh CAFM is a workforce application. All in-app functions are restricted to authorised Green Riyadh personnel and approved Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contractors. A valid account issued by the Green Riyadh Project is required to sign in; accounts cannot be created within the application. PUBLIC REPORTING QR codes displayed at Green Riyadh sites allow members of the public to report issues without an account. Scanning a QR code opens the Green Riyadh reporting form pre-tagged to that exact location — no sign-in and no registration required. Submitted reports are routed automatically to the relevant O&M teams for review and resolution.
