GreaseLog Pro gives commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning contractors a structured checklist, required photo steps, integrity details, and a certificate generated from the facts recorded at the job site. The app follows the real work sequence. Start a record for a facility, identify the location and job, complete the checklist, attach required photographs, review the evidence, and finalize only when the entry is ready. Before and after photographs are separate required stages, so a loose camera roll never becomes the only evidence of what happened. Each retained image includes a SHA-256 integrity value that helps identify whether the file content changed since it was recorded. It does not judge the image, prove when work occurred, or confirm who took it. The checklist keeps recurring steps in order so a required item is less likely to be skipped. The app records completion entries; it does not inspect the exhaust system or perform any physical test. When an entry is complete, GreaseLog Pro creates a certificate from a snapshot of the finalized record. Facility details, checklist status, and photo references are fixed at that moment, so later edits do not rewrite an already finalized certificate. Export the PDF through the iOS share sheet to print, save, or hand to a customer. Each repeat visit keeps its own evidence and certificate rather than replacing a prior one.
