Grams is a protein tracker with one job: let you log what you ate in about two seconds, then get out of the way. No account. No sign-up. No network. Everything you log stays on your phone. LOGGING IS A TAP Pick a few foods you actually eat and they become one-tap buttons on the Log tab. Each food knows what one serving is and what unit it goes in, so you log "3 eggs" or "150 g of chicken" instead of working out a multiplier in your head. NOT ORGANIZED AROUND MEALS Most trackers make you file everything under breakfast, lunch or dinner. Grams doesn't. You ate a thing, it had protein in it, and that's the whole model. Meal tags are there if you want them and invisible if you don't. LOG WITHOUT OPENING THE APP A home screen widget shows today's total with one-tap buttons for your regular foods. A Control Center control logs from the lock screen. Both write straight through, so the common case never opens the app at all. SEE WHAT'S ACTUALLY HAPPENING Today against your goal, the last seven days at a glance, and a Stats tab with rolling averages, weekday patterns, and how often you hit your target. SKIP DAYS Some days shouldn't be judged. Mark one skipped and it leaves every average and every success rate completely. Not counted as a zero. Not counted at all. APPLE HEALTH, BOTH WAYS Save what you log to Apple Health, and import protein you recorded in other apps, so moving to Grams doesn't cost you your history. Both are optional and stay off until you turn them on. YOUR DATA IS YOURS Export everything to a plain JSON file whenever you like and restore it on any device. No subscription, no paywall, no ads, and no analytics.
