With the Grade1 Personal Training app you can: - Access your training plans and schedule them to your calendar. - Complete your workouts with video demonstrations for each exercise and full follow-along workouts (including built-in rest period & circuit timers) - Log your workouts in real time as your train (eg weights used, reps completed etc) - Track your food intake with the simple and easy food/calorie tracker (with the option to log meal photos). - Utilise clear, crisp in-app video calling for full 1:1 coaching sessions, feedback sessions and more. - Benefit from real-time messaging with Joss and take part in groups or challenges. - Record body stats and monitor progress. - Stay motivated with streaks and app badges. - Receive reminders for scheduled workouts and habits (eg water intake, taking vitamins, and step goals) - Integrate with other apps, wearables and smart devices (Apple Health, Apple Watch, Fitbit, Garmin etc.) to sync daily stats such as steps, sleep, activity, weight and heart rate. All of the above features can be completely personalised, so you can track as much or as little as you prefer.
