The mobile app and the web portal are designed for the integrated use of the municipal Bauhof software BIS Office, independent use of which is currently not possible. The recording process, or handling from the start of the app to the selection of driver and vehicle, is completely automated via NFC chips. As a result, the legal certainty of the proof is brought about on the one hand and also the handling of smartphone-inexperienced users is facilitated. During the recording process, additional information can be saved by means of photos, videos and voice recording with GPS coordinates. When transferring the tour to the server, the system automatically sends the process to any e-mail address. Roads can not be cleared because of parked cars, a handle to the smartphone is sufficient, a picture taken and the process is saved and sent with date, time, driver, vehicle, image and GPS coordinates.
