FOR STUDENTS • View your attendance percentage and daily attendance history • Check your class timetable • Access syllabus and study material shared by faculty • Receive notices and announcements from the college • Track your semester and academic progress FOR FACULTY • Mark attendance for your classes, with optional geofenced verification to confirm you're on campus • Track Course Content Unit Plan (CCUP) — record lecture delivery against the planned syllabus, topic by topic • Define Course Outcomes and map them to assessments for Outcome Based Education (OBE) • Upload syllabus and study material for your students • View your teaching timetable and manage unavailability requests • Send notices to your classes FOR HODs AND ADMINISTRATORS • Monitor department-wide attendance and syllabus completion • Manage Program Outcomes and Course Outcomes across the curriculum • Review OBE attainment reports to track how well students are meeting defined learning outcomes • Manage faculty and student records • Oversee timetables across branches • Publish institution-wide notices • Access reports on attendance shortage and academic progress Accounts are provisioned by your institution's administrator, or created on the college's official web portal.
