A guided, photo-first flow walks you through logging a tortoise or a burrow. Snap a photo, automatically capture the GPS location, then add details such as life stage, size, observed behaviors, apparent health, and notes. Filter by species, estimated age, and burrow status, search by name or code, and jump straight back to your own sites. The map makes it easy to see the bigger picture and plan your next visit. YOUR LOCATION PRIVACY, PROTECTED. Sensitive coordinates stay safe. Precise locations of burrows and tortoises are automatically generalized to a coarse area for the public, so poachers and collectors can't pinpoint animals. Only the original observer and authorized reviewers or administrators can see exact points — privacy that respects both people and wildlife.
